250 gms Citron
1 tsp turmeric powder
75 gms salt
2 lemon juice
300 gms sugar
1 tsp asafoetida
2 tsp red chilli powder
Directions
Cut Citron in pieces, add turmeric powder salt n lemon juice mix properly n put into sterilized jar cover it with lid. Shake it upside down every day for 2 months. Remove water from it and add sugar, red chilli powder n asafoetida mix well and store into another sterilized jar cover with lid. Self life of this pickle is about 1 year.
